The Certification Process
At Figuros, we follow a structured and transparent approach to help you obtain ISO certification. Here’s how it works:
1. Application Submission
Submit your application online or by email.
Provide details about your business and the ISO standard you are applying for.
Our team will review your application and contact you for follow-up.
2. Document Review
Our team will review your required documents (such as your university degree, experience certificates, and training certificates) to ensure they meet the requirements of the relevant ISO standard.
Any gaps or non-conformities will be identified and communicated to you for correction.
3. Course Completion
The course focuses on implementing a management system and its compliance with the ISO standard.
4. Passing the International Exam
5. Certification Decision:
Based on your exam results, our certification committee will decide whether to grant, postpone, or refuse certification in cases of suspected cheating.
If you pass the exam, you will receive your ISO certificate.
6. Reaccreditation Process
After the accreditation period expires (usually three years), the applicant undergoes a reaccreditation test to renew its ISO certification. Alternatively, if a new standard is required, the applicant may need to reissue it.
This process is similar in scope to the initial certification process.
